Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Spreetz is currently offered as a limited pilot rather than a generally available product. This policy describes what the service does today, and will be updated as the service develops.

Spreetz is operated by Wale Okufi, who is responsible for the information described in this policy. This policy covers two separate things: this public website at spreetz.app, and the Spreetz application at app.spreetz.app that you sign in to.

This website

The pages on spreetz.app are static. They set no cookies, run no analytics or advertising scripts, load nothing from third-party services, and send no information about your visit anywhere. Reading this page creates no record of you.

The Spreetz application

Everything below applies when you create an account and use the application. You have to sign in for any of it to apply.

1. What we process

2. Why we process it

To operate the service you asked for: to sign you in, to store your material, to generate and deliver practice questions, to record your answers so progress and revision scheduling work, and to keep the service running correctly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Study material you upload

Material you import is stored so the service can use it and show it back to you. Please do not upload material you are not permitted to share, and do not upload identifiable patient information. Spreetz is a study tool; it is not a clinical system and is not designed to hold patient records.

4. Automated processing of your material

Practice questions are produced from your material by the service's own processing. Spreetz does not send your material to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it does.

Automatically generated material can be wrong. It is study material to check and learn from, not a source of clinical truth.

5. Service providers

Spreetz runs on infrastructure operated by other companies, which process data on our behalf in order to host the service:

These providers host and store data for us. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

6. Cookies and browser storage

Spreetz sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The application stores information in your browser or device that is necessary for it to work — keeping you signed in, and saving your place in a practice session so you can resume it. Clearing your browser storage will sign you out and discard any saved place in a session.

7. Analytics

Neither this website nor the application includes third-party analytics or tracking software.

8. Keeping and deleting information

Your account and study data are kept for as long as your account exists, so that your material and progress remain available to you.

The service does not yet provide a self-service button to delete your account and its data. Until it does, deletion is handled manually — see “Contacting us” below. We publish this plainly rather than describe a process that does not exist yet.

9. Security

Access requires a password, passwords are stored hashed, and traffic between your browser and the service is encrypted in transit. Your study data is separated by account so that one account cannot read another's.

No online service can promise perfect security, and we will not claim otherwise. Please use a password you do not use elsewhere.

10. Who can use Spreetz

Spreetz is built for medical students and trainees and is intended for adults. It is not designed or intended for children.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change materially affects how your information is handled, we will make that clear rather than rely on the date alone.

12. Contacting us

Spreetz is operated by Wale Okufi. If you have a question about this policy, want to ask what information we hold about you, or want your account and its data corrected or deleted, email waleokufi@yahoo.com.

Please send privacy and personal-data requests to that address so they reach the right place.
